Seek-A-Tweet helps you locate local peeps near your area. This is important because local peeps can help your business and create meaningful connections that can enhanced with a face to face meeting.
You can find my friend Nick’s application at www.seekatweet.com. I tried this for my local area and I was able to find peeps near me. I was also able to see their tweets. This helps me decide if I want to follow them.
You can click on the area you want to search and zoom in. You also can select the search radius. Then once you have the area you want selected, go check out the peeps in that area. This is a very useful app for locating peeps in an area. Good job Nick.

I will be away this week at a social media workshop. I will try to let you in on some new social media stuff as it happens at the workshop.
One thing to keep in mind this Monday is to get yourself off to a good start. Make sure you wish people a good morning. Try to find an interesting article or picture to post. While others are still waking up, make sure you hit the ground running today. Remember that the main difference between successful people and others is often just effort.
