Do you ignore the person who is reaching out to you or talking about you? You should have answered NO.
When someone reaches out to you, you should always get back to them.
We forget that social media is not just words on the internet; they are a direct line to how people see us and our companies. Would you ignore someone in real life if they were talking to you? You wouldn’t right?
Remember that social media is just another way of communication and thankfully with Twitter a lot of that conversation is happening in real time. Which means you’re communicating back and forth quickly like you were having a conversation in real life.
Don’t forget that Twitter is very much a real conversation and a business opportunity waiting to happen. Don’t lose out on those opportunities because you don’t want to reply to someone.
