Social media can be used to make our communities safer and more successful. Remember that crime not only costs the victim, it also costs our communities, and the local businesses in one way or another. Preventing crime can help reduce the drain on society. The Facebook Leave A Tip tab is working to make communities safe and creating success.
The Crime Stoppers Facebook “Leave A Tip” tab is making a difference in our communities. Since the introduction of this Facebook tab, crime tips have increased over 1000%. Not only are more crimes being solved, but many crimes are being stopped before they ever become a problem.
When you leave a crime tip with Crime Stoppers, your anonymity is guaranteed. Your personal information is stripped away in the process. Only the tip gets received by the Crime Stopper Programs. No one will know that you submitted a crime tip. Remember that Crime Stoppers wants your tip, not your identity.
Here’s what the Crime Stoppers “Leave A Tip” tab looks like on Facebook:
Android and iPhones have their own version of the “Leave A tip” app. You can find them at their respective stores.
Remember that we all play a role in keeping our communities safe and successful. Remember that evil prevails when good men or women do nothing. Crime costs. We all pay in the end. Help stop crime in its tracks.
If you want a Leave A tip tab for your Facebook Page, please ask me.
Here’s to success and safety in our communities.
Social media can help make communities safer and more successful. +Scott Mills is leading the way in Crime Stoppers. Major cimes are being solved and crimes are being stopped before they ever start. Crime costs everyone. I’d like to see the criminals pay instead of us 🙂

Jeff, my computer is getting a little noisy. Like when a video is running on my computer, the computer tower makes a steady noise. When I pause the video, the noise stops. Whats up with this?
Can you describe the noise? If it is a clicking noise, that’s the sound of a hard drive going, for example
No not a clicking noise. It’s like a steady series of sounds. “eee nnn Eee Nnnn ee nn” (For the life of me I dont know how to type sounds lol) It will sometimes stop when the computer isn’t performing any actions, but lately it’s more constant. Not to mention, sometimes my computer out of nowhere, sounds like a jet taking off. Almost like a vacuum cleaner for 4-5 seconds before stopping.”Eee eee eee eee nnn nnn eee eee” The sound it quiet, but noticeable.
Sounds like a fan issue. Check for dirt build up where air goes in. 🙂
You may have to have a tech look at it.
ur the best Jeff. I’ll try that
