It has just recently happened. You just saw it in the Facebook News Feed of your Facebook Profile. Facebook has changed the Facebook Page design. You will have to upgrade your Facebook Page. Here is a quick video on how to get things changed quickly for the new dimensions. The Page width is going from 520 pixels to 500 pixels. All photos and videos who are 520 pixels wide will have to be changed to 500 pixels. There are other significiant changes as well.

Other things to note:
  1. Profile picture on Page changes from 200X600 pixels to 180X540 pixels
  2. Tabs across top are now moved below Profile picture
  3. You can now receive Email notifications for the Page
  4. You can now surf as your Page and comment as your Page on Facebook
  5. Pictures across top of News Feed come from your pictures; not your fans.
