Social media setup can take a bit to get up and running. But once you are done, then you have to figure out what you are going to post on your social media. Here’s a few ideas.
I generally like to share lots of photos on social media. Here is one I took just a few minutes ago.
Photos are easy to share on social media and they tend to gather a lot of comments. Since social media is about engagement, having people comment of photos can start the conversation roilling.
Here is the post I put out to Twitter:

This photo could have gotten a lot of visibility and comments on Facebook as well. People love to share stuff. Photos are high on the list of what people like to share.
Here is the order, I believe, of what people like to comment on and share:
- Videos
- Pictures
- Quotes and text posts
So what is our walk-a-way for today? If you are not sure what to share on social media, take a picture and share it. People love to look into the lives of others. Give them something to look at. Don’t forget videos and great text posts either.
