Showing a video of the suspect to people in the Toronto Entertainment District

Using social media to show people what the suspect looks like. Constable Scott Mills and the Toronto Police Service are helping make the streets of Toronto safer. I am helping him bypass blocked YouTube content as well as blocked Facebook content. Let’s hope they catch this guy.
