When it comes to seeing everything on Twitter and other social media applications, we are not seeing everything. A platform like Radian6 helps us see what we are missing.
Have you ever wondered if you are seeing everything that is being said about your business? Have you wondered if you are seeing all the conversations on a topic you are searching on social media? Well, I can tell you from experience that you are not seeing everything.
I noticed on my Blackberry that I was getting messages from Twitter informing me that people where mentioning me. I went to check my Twitter Blackberry app, and they where not there. After talking with Kelly Legatto at Radian6, I learned why. Kelly showed me that I could see blogs post and search the Internet quite easily using the Radian6 platform.
