Mondays can be a hard start for many in business and at work. When you make your social media experience a positive one for others, you can really pick the spirits of others up. This can have a positive impact on your Twitter community in Halifax, Dartmouth, Truro and elsewhere. It can even have an impact on your Twitter account.

Here’s a tweet I sent out to Lolly Daskal. She is a champion for #Leadfromwithin and #Leadership on Twitter. Lolly is a mover and shaker when it comes to leadership. Here’s a tweet I sent her:

We all need to encourage one another. This is even more true when it comes to Mondays. We can inspire others to start their week off powerfully. When we encourage others, we will see that it really matters. Your tweet could make Monday the best Monday ever. Here’s a tweet from Lolly:

Even great people need to be inspired. It can greatly affect those people around them. You might even call this doing some social good. As we inspired people onward to greater things by encouraging them, it can inspire those in your Twitter community as well. So instead on hearing “Monday sucks” and stuff like that, you can light a fire in the bones of someone. Mondays can be a time for greatly encouraging others onward out of the starting blocks of life.

But what can come back to you? I bet you are wondering that. Here’s a few tweets to inspire you:

Talk about you encouraging tweets coming back right at you, this is a good one that Jeff Docherty sent me after I helped him out with his business. What you do for others really does come back to you, even on Twitter. Your support and encouragement can really make a big difference. Check out his tweet:

When you make a deposit into someone’s life on Twitter, especially on a Monday, it can really be appreciated.

So when this Monday rolls around and so many find it hard to get moving forward, will you be the voice of encouragement and the fire in someone’s bones. As you can see from the example tweets above, it can really make a difference and be greatly appreciated. Who will you encourage this coming Monday?

Here’s to a great day of business for you. Still cheering you onward.
