Those old FBML applications on your Facebook Page will no longer be supported as of January 1, 2012. They will need to be replaced.

Here’s the official link to the news on FBML and Facebook. The long and short of it is this:

  1. FBML will no longer be supported as of January 1, 2012.
  2. FBML apps will no longer work on Platform. All FBML endpoints are removed as of June 1, 2012

The bottom line: you will have to convert all your old FBML apps into iFrame apps if you want to display custom content on a Facebook Page.

Don’t wait till January to fix the issue. Get it done now so you can enter the year with ease.
