I have tried to push for the numbers, but this I have found is not the way to create real impact on social media. What is working for me is all the great relationships that I have made with a few people over the last year or so. I have created raving fans so to speak. When you invest time in developing quality relationships with people, you will reap great results. Take a look at some of these tweets:
When you help others and create great connections, they will spread the good news about you. Now this is the way to build something that will truly establish influence or Klout. So think about this today as you do your social media. Are you about the numbers or are you about quality connections? I like creating raving fans.
